“We first got to know Trae Porter when we called his phone number to have someone give us an estimate for clearing a lake lot that we were putting on the market to sell. We left a message and quickly got a call back from Trae saying he would be happy to meet us at the lot and give us an estimate. He informed us of the costs and we agreed to hire him.
