We contracted Bayline Demolition Inc. to do the demolition of two existing restrooms and a older tralier at the Winchester Mystery House. They were very careful and deliberate not to disturb or damage the existing windows and exterior wall finishes. When they removed the debris they were careful with regard to not damaging the building exterior walls or landscaping. We would not hesitate to use Bayline Demolition Inc. again on any future projects at the Winchester Mystery house or any other project that may need demolition work.

To whom it may concern, I had the good fortune of being introduced to Pedro Cordova and Bayline Demolition Inc. a few months ago A very good friend of mine, who’s a successful spec home builder and developer, gave me Pedro’s name. We recently purchased a property and immediately started a significant remodel project. We hired Bayline Demo Inc. to remove an existing pool, roof, Sheetrock. stucco exterior, all electrical HVAC duct work and plumbing lines. All of the windows, doors, appliances, fireplaces and light fixtures were being donated to a non-profit for re-use. This portion of the demo needed to be done carefully to ensure the material was re-usable. Bayline Demo Inc. did a fantastic job! They mobilized immediately, they worked fast and kept the site exceptionally clean On two separate occasions I called Pedro and asked them to do additional work. On both occasions his crew was on site working the next morning. Amazing. Pedro has a deep understanding of not just the demo business but of the construction process as well. He had great ideas regarding the construction of the house that have saved us time and money I spent 30 years working in the commercial construction industry for one of the largest electrical contractors in the United States I have a good understanding of construction and a very good understanding of the importance of good people. Every person from Bayline Demo Inc. on our project worked hard, was polite and was careful to protect the parts of the house that were to remain. Every person from Bayline Demo on our job was excellent. In today’s market whore all contractors are so busy, it’s hard to get really good crews.
