To control the release of fibers from asbestos-containing materials during construction, renovation, remodeling, maintenance, repair, or demolition projects, a proper asbestos abatement project must be conducted. Abatement is needed in order to protect workers and the general public from the many negative health impacts of asbestos.
Before any construction, renovation, remodeling, maintenance, repair, or demolition project, a Survey / Inspection must be completed to determine whether materials to be worked on or removed contain asbestos. This inspection must be completed by an AHERA certified building inspector.
In order to reduce or eliminate the hazards associated with lead poisoning, particularly in residential homes, a properly conducted lead remediation project needs to be conducted. Lead-based paint hazards is a serious issue and in order to reduce or eliminate incidents of lead poisoning, specialty trained technicians have methods to remove the hazard.
Because mold spores are very tiny and very light, they become easily airborne, making it difficult to diagnose illnesses that may associated with this contaminate. A Total Loss Inventory is a list of non-salvageable items that gets developed after a loss due to flood, water leak, fire, smoke, etc. damage. We can develop these lists when hazardous materials (such as asbestos) contaminate an area so that the situation requires a trained professional.
