We have extensive experience in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Theme Park projects. Our experience has led us through a host of industries including: hospitality, healthcare, Utility construction, industrial plants, food service, theme parks, and retail. We also construct single family, multi-family and commercial buildings. The owners have been actively involved in construction contracting & construction management for more than 30+ years. SCS is a family owned and operated company. We followed our father, grandfather, & great-grandfather into the pipe trades early in our careers and have since branched out into a full service construction company capable of any size construction project.
Our Story
The owners of Superior Contractor Services are two brothers who both have had long careers in construction that started them in the pipe trades and then sent them different directions. Their career paths crossed again as Construction Management leaders for Walt Disney Imagineering where they built some of the greatest attractions Disney has to offer over the years they worked there. Together they have worked as Master Plumbers, HVAC/ Mechanical Specialists, General Construction Supervisors, Specialty Construction Contractors, and Theme Park construction leaders. Now they have started Superior Contractor Services (SCS) company to bring our craftsmanship to you our customers. Our Vision
Our vision is to build our company into a household name throughout Central Florida and then the entire State of Florida. We want our name to be thought of first when looking for quality construction. As children our father taught us the value of a job well done, no cutting corners, and do it right the first time. As a result, we take pride in our work knowing it meets the highest standards, all code requirements, the greatest safety standards, and will last a liftetime. As we move forward, we instill this value in each employee so that the same vision of excellence thrives in each team member.
