Our History
See’s Consulting & Testing, Inc (SEE’S) was established in 1994 by David See and incorporated in 2017. The firm is based in Fresno and provides services in Central California, as far north as Modesto and as far south as Bakersfield. See’s Consulting & Testing was the successor firm through the merger of See’s Consulting, a geotechnical engineering firm established in 1994, and Technical Testing Service, a construction testing firm established in 1987.
