Established in July 1998, Kern Pacific Construction Company is a growing company providing all phases of underground excavation installation, backfill and compaction for wet and dry utilities, including sewer, sewer lift stations, water, storm drain, canal, irrigation dewatering wet project sites, paving and concrete structures. Kern Pacific Construction Co. is also well versed in conduit installation, cold cable and gas main installation on PG & E projects with applicant install.

The principle of the company, Mr. Grant Meenach, has over 30 years experience in underground construction, as well as engineering consultation, estimating, and equipment operations.
