F and P Construction is a full Class “A” General Engineering Contractor. We have an Unlimited license in the State of Nevada and provide a complete site package. We do Mass Grading, Underground Utilities, Structural Excavation, Sub-Grading and Fine Grading. We also provide Site Concrete and Paving through sub contractors.
We have provided site packages for Warehouses, Office, Retail, Roads, Railroads, Bridges, Freeway Interchanges, Subdivisions, Schools, and Post Offices. We are currently providing the site development for the Tahoe Reno Industrial Complex 104,000 acre industrial park, in McCarran, NV. Since 2004 we have built the roads, rails and underground utilities for the park. We also specialize in concrete tilt up warehouses having completed several 400,000 sf + buildings.
