Our Design/Build program offers clients a turnkey package in which we are involved from conceptual stage to turning keys over to our client. We are allowed to integrate our experience and relationships with the design of the building to achieve a quality, cost effective project that is desirable to all parties involved. We conduct pre-design and design phase meetings to make sure we have included all aspects of our client needs and goals, and design a quality, cost effective project around those elements. Our experience in this area is second to none, and greatly improves the speed of the design phase, cost of the overall project, and long term quality.

We really enjoy getting involved with projects early on. Our pre-construction services allow for a much smoother and time efficient project. We work hand in hand and conduct several meetings during this time with the Civil Engineers, Architect, Project Engineers, and Local Building Department during the design phase. We provide site analysis, review lead times for critical components, begin taking subcontractor bids, material quotes, and begin our buy phase in order to maximize time efficiency once the project has been permitted and ready to build.

This process involves the Architect and Engineers to design and provide a quality set of plans and specifications. Contractors then bid the project exactly as designed. The Contractor who bids the desired combination of price and dependability is awarded the work.

We want our clients to focus on their business. The project is only one part of the endeavor for our clients, it also happens to be the part that we handle. Our management team ensures a timely and budget controlled project through multiple tasks such as, scheduling, tracking, updating, cost breakdowns, purchasing, coordination, quality control, safety and superior on site supervision.
