After forming Amicon in 1996 as a general contracting firm, founders Adam Mopsick and Ross Adickman recognized a clear pattern of problems in the industry: unmet client goals and unnecessary delays and budget overruns. Projects needed leadership and client advocacy. Owners deserved better.
Upon identifying the typical flaws that plague the construction industry, they knew that they could transform the experience by focusing on management, leadership, and advocacy for each and every client.This is why, after 10 years of successful growth at their GC firm, they decided to expand their business to offer a turnkey client experience.
