Over the last 10 years, Keith has completed several projects for me including: tearing down a house, building a pond, digging a basement, building gravel lanes, building parking lots, ripping out old driveways, ripping out tree stumps, hauling off scrap, hauling a lot of stone, seeding new yards, and really a lot more than that. Keith has always done great work, been honest in his dealings, and has done what he said he would do all at a reasonable price. I’m not sure you can ask for much more than that.

The demolition went well and they cleaned the site very well. I became familiar with Brothers Excavating LLC when they were hired by a private developer to install utilities and infrastructure in a new subdivision in the City of Beech Grove. I have been very impressed with their work. They have done outstanding work taking a long-neglected parcel of land and turning it into a valuable asset to the City of Beech Grove. They have communicated well with our Police, Fire, and Schools regarding road closures and detours. Their installation of sanitary manholes and mains passed our testing procedures on the first try. They had two vibrating rollers compacting the trenches each day. They pressure washed existing streets to keep them clean for all the neighbors. They took extra precautions to ensure the product that would be turned over to the City of Beech Grove would be an excellent one. I highly recommend the work of Brothers Excavating.

We called Dependable Handyman for a list of items. Shower grab bars, light switch, and doorbell replacement, fence repair, roof tile replacement, gutter cleaning. We added moss cleaning on the roof tiles. Josh came the day after we called and gave us estimates. The next morning he came back with with a whole crew. They got everything done in one day. The prices were on the higher side, but it was worth it for the speed in which they came for the estimate, and completion of the job. They were very professional walked through everything before the start, made sure everything was as we wanted. When they were done we did a walk through again with Josh. Everything was completed as planned and the job site was cleaned up. We will definitely use them again.

My daughter had several problems, including musty odor, and poor heating in her Marysville home, Josh and his very capable helper arrived the following day, checked everything, went under the house and found insulation was off some of the ducts and 2 ducts were disconected. they fixed one but recommeded Burgers heating and air for the other as it was less accessible. They were very pleasant and professional and were not perturbed by my making them wait 15 minutes while I traveled from my house to my daughter/s. They also didn't charge me anything. They are amazing and I will definitely use them in the future, not because they didn't charge me, but because they really care about solving the problems.
