Our Story Swain Construction originated back in 1992 by Greg Armstrong. Swain Construction is the original company but has grown to include A & S Concrete Recycling and MBC Construction, LLC. It all started when Greg got into the concrete business by hauling rock and dirt with just one dump truck but has now expanded to a fleet of dump trucks, side dumps and tractor-trailers.
