LENAX has been an excellent sub-contractor for AECOM for many years now. I believe we started using them at least as far back as 2003 for estimating and scheduling services on transit projects in Los Angeles. They performed capital cost estimates for a variety of heavy civil infrastructure projects for me directly, as well as for other project managers at AECOM. They also developed construction schedule estimates so that we could accurately plan work and the associated cash flows for budgeting purposes. We have found LENAX to be an excellent member of our teams. LENAX is extremely responsible and knowledgeable in their specialties. They seem to keep abreast of cost trends in the industry and are very receptive to testing various scenarios to aid in project planning. Eric at Suburban Plumbing handled my issue very quickly and advised my of what was wrong with my tenant's unit. He was able to unlodge the obstruction in the bathtub drain, but was unable to retrieve it. He noticed excessive grease build up in my kitchen drain and snaked it out. The cost was $225. He also offered a service to hydro-jet the drain which is to make them like new by cleaning out all the grease in the drains for $550, but I chose not to make the investment.
