Meet our Founder Before establishing K7 Construction in 1998, K7’s president and founder David Knaub found his humble beginnings as a laborer and carpenter in Illinois while earning his B.S. in Construction Management at Bradley University; Peoria, IL. David began his Nevada construction career in 1991, working as a project manager for local general contracting firms. This professional experience produced the vision to create K7 Construction, Inc.‍David is active in Northern Nevada’s commercial construction industry, having served on the board of directors in multiple industry organizations. After living in Northern Nevada for over 30 years, David also is passionate about helping his community as past chairman with the American Cancer Society and participating in many local fundraising events.
