Shoreline Office Team Scott Mitchell President Scott has been an integral part of the Shoreline team for over 30 years. Scott manages our day-to-day field operations and construction projects and is a trusted industry expert in all areas of erosion control and marine construction. Scott has the unwavering ability to creatively solve complex shoreline erosion issues in an efficient, result-oriented and cost-effective way, and his construction mastery is endorsed by numerous satisfied clients and coastal engineers.  Scott resides in Avon, Ohio, with his wife. Justin Bingham Project Manager/Estimator Justin has been a Shoreline team member for over 6 years, starting out as a welder, quickly becoming our primary fabricator, and now serving in the role of Project Manager/Estimator. Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cleveland State University. She currently resides in Avon, Ohio, with her husband. Alyssa Pilz Office Manager Alyssa joined the Shoreline team in 2021 and manages the day-to-day operations of our administrative office and team members, including our accounting and human resources operations. Alyssa attended Ohio University and brings over 10 years of managerial and human resources experience to Shoreline, previously serving as Director of Human Resources for a non-profit in Cleveland, Ohio.
