John is a partner in the company and shares responsibilities in both the office and field. He is a past president of the Indiana Land Improvement Contractors Association and serves on the board of directors. He has also served as president of the Indiana Onsite Wastewater Professionals Association and currently serves on their board of directors. Jennie Hack Jennie Hack, John's wife, is a partner in the company and has managed the office since the early days, including while raising their five children. Stacey Hack Stacey Hack, John II's wife, is a Purdue University graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering and holds a professional engineering license. She works part-time in the office and serves as payroll accountant. John and Stacey have seven children.
