Arban Excavating is a family-oriented business. Even more importantly, Arban Excavating is a customer-oriented business whose employees - from the owner through all of the workers – make the customer’s desires their primary focus in every aspect of their work. While considering the installation of a pool in our backyard, we interviewed several companies, but Arban Excavating stood out from the rest in several areas: Careful inspection of the property with appropriate suggestions for best location taking advantage of the natural contours of the property as well as the potential views Detailed review of the property plans, including the engineering and plumbing charts. Detailed discussions regarding County rules and regulations as well as the process for obtaining the necessary permits Billy Arban, Jr. spent hours reviewing all of the above and in working through the myriad details that need to be considered prior to any work starting. Without complaint, he also marked off the final few choices to help us visually determine what suited us best. Once our pre-construction decisions were made, Arban Excavating provided us with Firm Fixed Price quote for the costs of the work – which was, in fact, lower than most. At that time, Arban Excavating also gave us a firm schedule of their excavation so we could inform the other contractors exactly when they would be able to schedule their own work. The company arrived on the assigned day and immediately set to work, with all of the equipment and personnel on hand from the first hour. As work progressed, Billy Arban, Jr. frequently talked with us and let us know exactly what was being accomplished, and what each stage of excavation was and how it would be accomplished. The work progressed quickly and neatly, with the crew cleaning as the hours went by, ensuring the property never looked as if it were being trashed by the digging. Arban Excavating finished their work ahead of schedule and completed all of their work exactly as promised. Working with Billy Arban, Jr. and Arban Excavating was truly a delight. My wife and I can give only our strongest recommendation as well as the highest praise for the work itself, for the integrity of the company, and for the care and conscientious ethics of the owner and his staff.

Abraham did a sewer inspection at a house we were buying, and we ended up working with them on a trenchless sewer line replacement and also underground drainage lines. They were not the lowest bid, but the crew dug by hand with shovels (no trenching machine or excavator), so they were able to be careful of other underground stuff. They also hand compacted and leveled the soil afterwards.

We had 70 year old water and sewer lines replaced and a new clean out installed near the house. Carlos and Wyatt were very careful in digging the holes and took great care to protect the remaining pavers and brick. After both the water and sewer lines were pulled they did a great job putting everything back. You’d never know that anyone was there. I would highly recommend them!

I needed new outdoor lines from my home to the sewer. The lines were old and ran under an old kennel and a partially cemented yard plus a huge distance. I also had a tenant moving in very soon, so getting it done well and fast was imperative. Abraham was understanding, efficient and answered all my calls promptly. They stayed on schedule except for a one day delay due to county inspection a day late. Since they started so quickly from my initial call one day was before my tenant arrived…but just by a day. It hasn’t been long since the work was done so I can’t speak to that but I do feel comfortable that if any problems arise, though I don’t expect they will, US Trenchless will address them. They were a good value, efficient, on time, response and I would recommend them unconditionally.
