About us Complete Excavation is a family-owned and operated business with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Owner, operator Bob Williams was born into the construction business in the 1970s and has been learning all aspects of the building business from his family members ever since. He has been involved in the actual building process from start to finish at a young age, giving him the experience to perform every aspect of business with integrity and confidence. In 1988, Bob officially started a small remodeling company on his own and bought his first machine based out of Danbury, CT. During this time, he became licensed in the state of CT for Septic installations and as a Demolition Contractor. In 1995, with partners, they started PT Construction which was a building, concrete and excavation company. Starting Complete Excavation based out of Brookfield, CT in 2003, Bob followed his passion in excavation and focused on the site work side of the industry. Bob has completed many projects throughout Fairfield, Litchfield and New Haven county over the years. Throughout the years Bob’s work ethic and integrity has developed trusted relationships with Customers, Municipalities, Professionals, and other contractors and tradesmen which has become an asset to any work Complete Excavation is contracted to perform.
