Shoreline Office Team Scott Mitchell President Scott has been an integral part of the Shoreline team for over 30 years. Scott manages our day-to-day field operations and construction projects and is a trusted industry expert in all areas of erosion control and marine construction. Scott has the unwavering ability to creatively solve complex shoreline erosion issues in an efficient, result-oriented and cost-effective way, and his construction mastery is endorsed by numerous satisfied clients and coastal engineers.  Scott resides in Avon, Ohio, with his wife. Justin Bingham Project Manager/Estimator Justin has been a Shoreline team member for over 6 years, starting out as a welder, quickly becoming our primary fabricator, and now serving in the role of Project Manager/Estimator. Justin is a certified welder and is a master of his craft. He graduated top of his class from Lorain County Joint Vocational School, and also holds a degree in Construction Project Management.
