The Pater Bobcat team did a fantastic job removing our old deck and concrete. I was surprised to see such a high level of care for our property. They laid out large metal plates for the equipment to drive on so it wouldn't harm the grass. They delicately removed large slabs of concrete and our deck and painstakingly cleaned everything when they left so that it looked better than when they arrived. They raked, swept and even used a leaf blower to make sure all the debris was gone. Thank you!

We had an estimate to close our pool back in April. We decided to go through with the work in May, and we were fit into the schedule for a demolition in June. The work took about four hours and the result was excellent. They went further than just tearing up the concrete and filling in the pool. The rocks and gardens around our pool were all cleaned up as well and the entire surrounding area was covered in new dirt and graded. Considering the price of the material and the number of guys they had working, the cost was incredibly reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to close a pool.

We could not be happier with Desert Pride Construction. The professionalism that Carlos and his brother Guillermo exhibited was outstanding. From the moment we first contacted them for an initial bid their responsiveness far exceeded other contractors. Not only did they show up on time and within 24 hours of our first contact, but also they had a completed bid back to us within 12 hours. The bid was detailed so that we were able to clearly see the cost of each item and easily make decisions about the scope of the project.  Rare for contractors we have dealt with in the past. During the project Carlos made sure that his crews kept a clean work site and were as quiet and nonintrusive as possible. Each day, Carlos personally checked on the progress of the job and was there to answer any of our questions. Carlos was also extremely flexible when we decided if we wanted to make a change. He also was very kind to help us with advice on some of our “do it yourself projects”. We have referred Desert Pride Construction to several people and have found that they too have been extremely happy with the work and speed at which the jobs were completed.  We feel very fortunate to have found Desert Pride Construction and they are our go to contractor.  You could not ask for nicer and more honest people and look forward to working with them again.
